Lately I have been hearing about Microsoft Systems Center Operations Manager (SCOM) based monitoring for PowerMax. And even though around for many years and integrated with many monitoring tools, SNMP traps based monitoring for PowerMax storage system using SCOM is fairly unexplored area so far.
